Conditional copy to another excel sheet based on date

Hello,

I need some assistance pertaining to copying certain specific cells from one sheet to another in the same workbook - conditionally.

I need these particular cells to be copied from sheet1 to sheet2, in the same workbook, to the corresponding dated row.

any help here would be greatly appreciated. I have been searching over the internet for a solution to this but, I have not come across anything for this specific purpose. thank you very much.
