CMD Line Rename Filename with Date <DDMMYYYY> & Time <HHMMSS>

Hi,

I have a list of files in my directory

"RES0001.txt"
"RES0002.txt"
"RES0003.txt"

I want to rename them as format in below <Filename_DD_MM_YYYY_HHMMSS.txt>:

"RES0001_26_09_2015_132010.txt"
"RES0002_26_09_2015_132011.txt"
"RES0003_26_09_2015_132013.txt"

How can it be done using DOS batch files? I am using Windows Server 2003.
