Dns probe finished no internet

Ive been having the dns probe finished no internet problem recently. My problem is alittle different than all the other post about this. I cant access the internet on any of my devices and my router is a fiber one with a japanese isp. This same problem happened a week ago and i just woke up the next day and it was fixed. I need help please.
