I have a Dell Inspiron laptop and recently upgraded to Windows 10. If I shut down the laptop completely and then push the on button, the screen is fine and displays the login and desktop, etc. If I select "restart", I get a black screen. I can hear the computer logging in with that windows sound, so I know it is running. I just can't figure out why this is only happening with "restart" and working with a full shut down, then start. I updated the Intel graphics driver and that worked initially when I couldn't see the screen at all. Is this a windows 10 glitch or a driver for the graphics glitch?
