Gmail change the cell phone number on the account

Hi I can't get into my gmail account on Google or add my gmail account to clash of clans I don't have the cell phone number that is associated with the account is it anyway that you can change the cell phone number on the account let me know and I will give it to you the account is ***@*** the number on the account is deleted by moderator I don't have that number no more can you change the number to deleted by moderator please ty
