Lenovo idea padS210 won't start up

please help me, my lenovo idea padS210 won't start up. it went off on its own as I was watching a movie. the charger works fine but it doesn't charge the laptop. I've removed the battery, and press then on button for 30 sec but nothing .... what could be the problem and solutions. thank you
