My scroll lock or Fn button seems to be on and wont turn off

I have a Asus eee pc flare series netbook, when i press U O 8 and K instead of characters i get the arrow commands, Left Right Up and down, i already checked the Scroll lock and no it's not turned on but it acts like it is, the Functions keys(f1,f2,f3 ... ) don't work too, they work like i'm pressing Fn, the arrows as PgUp PgDown...


Even in the Bios/Boot screen they act like that, PLEASE HELP :(
