When I deactivate wi fi, then my keyboard is not operative. [Closed]

Hello,

I have a HP laptop and when I turn off WiFi (Using f12) key, then the whole laptop is not operative!

I try to re activate wifi, but it is impossible since keyboard is broken! My next action is to try to activate it via HP connection manager. Unfortunately, that is impossible. This device is operative only when the wifi button is on!

Any help? Any advice?
