Creating a Macro ...Need assistance

I am creating a macro with quite a bit of information and many text content control boxes. One of my hands is injured, and I was told that when creating a macro there cannot be typing errors, which right now may be unavoidable.

so question is - Can I type out each section of information ensuring there are no errors, then copy and paste the text required into the macro recording insert a text content control box, then copy and paste next text information and insert text content control box, repeat....???
