Kucam 1080p setup on October

Hello,
i just bought a kucam 1080p on Amazon. It's supposed to be Pnp and easy to install. However, when I put in the mini disc that comes with it and I am supposed to choose the device, it is blank. I assume this means I have to manually put in IP address and the rest, but I am no IT person. I've looked on the Internet and YouTube for videos to help me set this thing up, but I can't find anything. Can any of you all help me?
