Connect dlink wifi router to modem

Hello,
i have teracom modem moden no. mac-2cab25ac7301

i want to connect dlink wifi router to this modem

but the modem is not givint automatic net connection for setting up
wifi router. kindly clarify

when taken to another modem the router is working.

all efforts to get automatic net connection is showing
no results .
