Looking for some PS3 audio advice..

Alright guys so i have a high end set of Senheiser headphones connected to a DAC.. now i'm confused as to the sound settings, i'm thinking LPCM although i have no idea what sound settings to pick? they are stereo headphones but their are so many options.. Dolby Digital.. DTS.. AAC.. 5.1.. no ideas
