Batch to READ Directory that Changes Daily

I need a bat that will read a daily changing directory structure, so I can copy the current day folder on a daily bases.

example: D:\\Current Year\Current Month\Current Day. ex: D:\\2015\10\28

I will only need to copy the current day on a daily basis, but the current year will change in 2016, the current month will change in December, and so on.

so I need to have my .bat to be able to read this file structure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
