Asus laptop shuts down without notice [Closed]

Hello, I have a Asus laptop it's brand new I have 2 months with it and in my situation my laptop was charging while I was using it, i was connecting my headphones when it suddenly shut down without notice. I tried unplugging the charger and reconnecting it, and the charging light doesn't even light up. I hold down the power button for 40 seconds and still won't work. Can someone please help me. Thanks.
