Can't move my touchpad and use keys at the same time!

Hi, I really need help.
You know why I'm here so I'll just tell you the stuff I can't do:
When I search up mouse it doesn't say no apps found
I can't click the thing that says Mouse with the picture of a mouse on it, because it just says something about an error
I can't find Device Settings, because I don't have that
I don't have smartsense, etc

I have a Windows 8.1 Lenovo Laptop.
Touchscreen, can fold.
