No audio with HDMI to TV on web browser; audio fine downloads

Hello,

I am currently using a Toshiba Windows 7 on an LG 42" LED TV. Suddenly, I am unable to hear Netflix on the tv with HDMI, but works just on laptop. I played around and I am not getting any sound from HDMI on anything web related (Netflix, Youtube etc), but I get sound when I watch anything non-streaming (downloads, iTunes). I've disabled and re-enabled the TV speakers on Audio settings with no luck. I've also checked and unchecked Allow Applications To Take Executive Control of This Device. Any help?
