Touchpad and printer

hello, i would like to ask two questions.
first, i have a new acer aspire E 14, and one day, just sudenly, de touchpad stop working. i found the problem, and fixed it, but now the "left button" of it is not working, and i can not make it work.
another thing, i have a hp deskjet 3520 printer, and i can not use it with my computer, i try downloading the drivers, but nothing. the computer recognize the printer, the problem is when i try to scann something, and the printer do not recognize the computer. i have to say, i never try what happen if i order to print from the computer, but scanning is imposible, and is what i use more.
