Acer Aspire E 11 E3-111-COWA Unresponsive keyboard

Acer Aspire E 11, everything was working fine and the next day I turned it on and it said that the filter key was on. so I turned it off, keyboard didnt work, turned filter key on, still not working.
What I have tried:
-[Fn]+[F11]
-[window key][L]
-uninstall keyboard in device manager then reinstall
-scanned for errors, nothing showed up.
-took it apart, made sure everything was connected
-reset the laptop
I haven't spilled anything on it or dropped it. I do carry it in a backpack, in its own pocket and sleeve.

Is there any thing else I can try?
There are afew keys that do work ([Fn]+[F5][F6][F7]).
also, after turning the laptop on , the keyboard works only for one key then stops. It could be any key. for example ill try typing in my log in and only the first letter will be typed.
