Conditional formatting based on text in two different cells

Hello,

I have created a table with column A,B and C containing text for a risk register. I want to format column C in colours (red,amber or green) based on the text selected in column A and column B. So for example if text selected in column A is "A" and text selected in column B is "1" (giving me A;1) then Column C must be formatted as green. How do I combine this in a formula?
