Find duplicates and highlight them across two worksheets

my request is somewhat simple... I have two list of contacts, name, business name, address, phone number and email address. One was provided to me last year and I am getting a new list for this year. I would like to find those names on the new list that were on last years list and highlight them so I do not have to process them

can you help?
