Copy content from excel to another excel using command prompt

Hello,
Is it possible to copy content from one workbook to another workbook using command prompt. say, I have 2 excel named a1 and b2. I would like to copy data's from a1 to b2 through command line. While opening b2(excel) the copied content must be pop-up.
Does anyone have idea?
