Lost data that was locked by Alfa Folder Locker ver.1

Hello,
I locked a folder named "Ent.F" in F drive using Alfa Folder Locker. But yesterday I opened the said folder and found nothing but a folder named "Con.alfa.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}" that was also empty.
Can anybody help please?/??

Ok, when I google this product :alfa folder lock support, all I get is a bunch of download lnks! No support links show at all in the search index.

Please use this type of research before you use this type of stuff. See what type of support you are going to get prior to using it.

I encourage you to contact the software makers and see what they say!
