Need help in creating macro to create new workbook

Hoping someone can help me. I have a Microsoft Excel 2010 workbook that contains multiple rows of data. Row 1 contains my headers from Column A to Column M.

What I would like to do is when the value changes in Column A copy that data including my row 1 headers and paste it in a new workbook. I'd like to name that workbook the value that is in Column A, however that data contains a "," as the values are a persons name (last name, first name). Do I need to remove the "," in that field? If so, I know how to do that. However I don't know how to create a macro to then copy the data and paste it into a new workbook and then repeat those steps until the end of my original workbook.

Can someone please help?
