PC won't boot properly after update

Today I turned my PC off so it could update. After awhile I tried to turn it on again. The lights would turn on and fans started spinning but keyboard light didn't change unlike usual and the monitors were left blank. I tried turning it on and of several times, I reseated the RAM to check the motherboard(couldn't reseat the PCI or the GPU because it's onboard) and I reseated the CMOS-battery. Whit no results, the monitors remained blank. If anyone knows how I could fix the problem please tell me I would really appreciate your help.
