Number keys not working on Dell laptop

The number keys on my Dell laptop is not working. I have to press numlock all the time before it works. It came as windows 8 but now windows 10. It did not work on windows 8 and still not working on windows 10. It is not like that on another dell laptop.

Also the @ key on key 2 is typing " instead.

Please help.
