Speaker no sound

My speaker was running Ok yesterday i.e, 30/12/15. But, today the speaker icon in my toolbar is showing sound is available & after tested my playback devices, recording devices & sound I had found everything is OK, but no sound is coming on speaker. I had ran troubleshooting, but it was unable to trace any problem. Now what to do to bring sound on my speaker? I've ran out of any idea.
