Ctrl and 0ne shift button not working in DELL N5110

Hello adibah!
I upgraded my Dell N5110 with windows 10. Installation was clean. Everything is working fine expect My control keys(Both) and one SHIFT key(Right). I updated and install PS/2 keyboard Driver and BIOS as well. But nothing helped me. Will you please guide me?? Thanks in advance!
