Acer Aspire wont charge, boot or turn on

Hello,
I need help my acer laptop was work just ok, when my battery was low my laptop shut down. when i was at home i tried to charge it but it was not charging it was not even showing that i have connect my power AC pack. so i tried tp remove the batter and connected my power AC but nothing happened i even tried to put in a full charged same battery but still my laptop dint turn on as if ther was no power please help me its not showing any signs of lights when i try to switch on and when i connect it to the charger
