Conditional Formatting cell in a column vs a cell in other col.

Hello,
I am comparing two cells in two different columns. I will do this for the 124 rows.
if column G cell let's say G7 is larger than B7 then G7 changes color. Each comparison is done for the cells in all the rows. All the cells in these columns are all different numbers...

I am doing a bird count where i highlight the cell that is higher than ever. Hence G is the current year's column and B is the historical high number. Am i making sense.

so 124 cells would have this conditional formatting but based on their corresponding cell.
