Bringing similar names of different spelling together

Hello,
I have 2 similar files. each has several columns of information. each row for one person.
80-90 % of the rows in 2 files are the same persons, but the spellings are not the same. i want to put some columns of file B next to the columns in file A, in a manner that every persons information be put next to its own.
example:
