Excel data transfer between separate spread sheets

Hi guys,
I have a table in the spreadsheet that I want to transfer data from to another spreadsheet.
The thing is that even though not every field of the table is filled I want data from the table to transfer sequently to the cells in another sheet not dependant on which field of the table has data in it. (In case I havent expressed myself clear enough please see the screenshot image link: http://tinypic.com/images/goodbye.jpg )

If it's possible and somebody knows the solution it would be of great help.
