How to automate copying cells from one workbook to another.

I need a VBA, macro or some way to be able to load cells from one workbook to another. The first workbook has the cells I need on one row, I need to copy these to another workbook into three columns (see pics). There are several thousands cells that need to be done this way and copying and pasting just takes to long. Thanks for all your help. This is just an example, I actually have several rows that need to be copied into several groups of three columns.
