I can't find any solution to this unknown problem!

Hello,

I'm playing cs since very long and had once changed some display settings. After that shitty mistake, I can't find any menu items in the start page! Sounds of dragging over the options are heard, but can't see the text. It's since 1 month I'm trying to solve this problem through installing cs from several different sites, but still the problem exists and now I'm fed up of this!
