Macro to rename sheets based on cell value in another sheet

I am attempting to rename 5 sheets in a workbook based on values from a sheet titled Raw Data Information. The first sheet should be named based on 'Raw Data Information'!C2 then the next based on 'Raw Data Information'!C3 and so on. I can't seem to make this work. I can only find code that will work for me if it referneces a cell on the same active page. Can anyone help?
