Well I looked at a lot of questions about some explorer.exe problems and at their solutions but none of them worked for me so I'll expose my specific problem here and hope someone'll give me THE great answer =D
On both of my computers (Windows 7 and Windows 10), explorer has been messing up a little bit for a while:
the window top right buttons do not respond or detect my cursor hovering on them. In that case I have to reduce then reopen the window to have them working again for like 5 minutes.
sometimes the windows taskbar does the same than the top right buttons as described before.
some apps act oddly as they do not seem to recognize any mouse actions (see above).
It doesn't seem to come from my mouse because i tried to use another one and the problem was still the same.
