Message on the screen Your account has been disabled

Hello,
Windows 10 downloaded few days back. By mistake I have disabled Administrator account. Now a message flashing on the Screen that "Your account has been disabled. Please contact system administrator". Even u clock OK on the screen nothing happens. Total system seems like locked. I am not able to start in safe mode as I have done setting to start in Safe Mode. Kindly advise
