Macro to Copy [Closed]

I am new to writing macros but need help in creating one to copy data from one cell to another with conditions. I have two spreadsheets merged from two different databases and one database does not contain all of the necessary fields so those cells appear blank in the combined spreadsheet.

I have information in the following columns:
Column E - ID#1
Column F - ID #2
Column G - Name
Column H - Address 1
Column I - Address 2
Column J - Address 3
Column K - City
Column L - State
Column M - Zip

The macro should be:
If Column F is blank AND Column E of current row matches Column E of previous row, then copy values of Columns F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M of previous row into same columns of current row.

All help would be welcomed.
