Summing results from vlookup function

I have a table with 5 columns. I am trying to use vlookup and a variation of sum (sumif) to compare the value in cell A5 to the values in cells A20-A60 and compare the value in cell B4 to the value in cells B20-B60, then for any row that both values match, I want to sum the values in Col E.

Have done this before, believe with an array function, but cannot remember the specific ordering of the functions.
