Walkman NWZ-B133F not turning on

Hello,

I am using NWZ-B133F Walkman it is not getting ON.I have tried below option.

1. Reset done,and tried to update the firmware but failed to update.
2. when I use to connect Walkman to my PC . My PC Usb getting detect and usb drive installed successful popup will appear .

But it is not getting ON ,nothing showing .
