Pleas:Using a Macro to Insert one Picture into Cells in range [Closed]

Dears, I would like to ask you for help with following topic:

I would like to insert a picture from file stored in my computer defined by name of file from cell B2 to cells in range given by lines in C2 and columns in D2. I also want to specify size of the picture.
