Hi All,

I need help with VBA code to send the PDF copies from the folder through outlook using the Excel Distribution list that when I run, would look for the path, grab the file that starts with the client name/Invoice number in Col A, and attach to the email, along with a predefined message/header.

The distribution list has the following:

A B C D E
1 Client Name/Invoice number Email First Name Last Name Path
2 DEL100100XXX vijethbangera@gmail.com
vijeth bangera C:\Users\vijetha.bangera\Desktop\ccc
3 DEL100100XXX vijethbangera@gmail.com
vijeth bangera C:\Users\vijetha.bangera\Desktop\ccc
4 DEL100100XXX vijethbangera@gmail.com
vijeth bangera C:\Users\vijetha.bangera\Desktop\ccc
5 DEL100100XXX vijethbangera@gmail.com
vijeth bangera C:\Users\vijetha.bangera\Desktop\ccc
6 DEL100100XXX vijethbangera@gmail.com
vijeth bangera C:\Users\vijetha.bangera\Desktop\ccc
7 DEL100100XXX vijethbangera@gmail.com
vijeth bangera C:\Users\vijetha.bangera\Desktop\ccc
8 DEL100100XXX vijethbangera@gmail.com
vijeth bangera C:\Users\vijetha.bangera\Desktop\ccc
9 DEL100100XXX vijethbangera@gmail.com
vijeth bangera C:\Users\vijetha.bangera\Desktop\ccc

I would want the email heading to be “Client Name/Invoice number” (Column A) and to say something like Dear Team,
Find the attached invoice copy for processing.
Regards

More editable text.
Insert Outlook signature.

I have been looking around not found the way I want to generate and email pdfs from Excel .
However our invoicing system generates bulk pdfs which we have to save in specified folder like in a path above. So it should be flexible for me to put the path whichever I want and this should not be pre-fixed .So the Sheet one will be kind of data feeder .it is From A to E .We should be sending it one by one to the specified emails IDs . So I am hoping to automate the last step of this. Any help/tips would be greatly appreciated!.

As i have very little knowledge with macro i would like a completed file or a code to paste in module is desirable.
Regards,
Vijeth
