Lost dvd drive

Hello,
I recently uninstalled my DVD drive and it is gone from my computer. Now I have only CD drive. I had windows 8.1 and when I upgraded it to windows 10 I lost my intel graphics. When I asked a computer expert, he said to download it online. Whether I can do this in the case of DVD drive. please reply soon. Don't forget : Mine is a Windows 10 laptop.
