In redhat 7 right numeric keys working reverse

hai ,
i am using redhat 7 in my desktop,top of caps numeric keys are working fine, but right side numerical keys are working reverse,,, like if you press 1 show as 7, 2-8, 3-9 , like this all numbers are working top to bottom, i have changed keyboard also still problem is not solved, if u know can u help me please
