How can we show value of more than two column in a single column but in two rows.

please reply at the urgent.

Hi Deepak,

That looks like you want to use the transpose option in the Paste Special menu.

For example:
Copy A1:B1, then right-click A2 and select paste special. Mark the transpose option and the data will now also be in A2:A3.
