DELL WEBCAM NOT WORK

I got a problem with my Dell laptop Inspiron 14R a week ago my webcam laptop not work. I used application of windows 8.1 in my laptop, usually I want to image or record use "Camera" app. But when I opened the application, suddenly webcame to be black and lamp in webcam is not light, I try again not light again, I was very confused you know....!

Please give me the solution about my problem....How to fix it ?
