Windows script host error!

So i had a virus of some kind, and then I downloaded an anti-virus program which, after scanning and cleaning, had to reboot the PC to apply changes.
After the reboot, the PC now shows a black screen with a window in which the following message is written: "can not find script file "C:\Windows\run.vbs" and when I click ok, the black screen remains and I cannot access anything. It's the same no matter how many times I reboot the PC.
Plz help me
