Metal gear solid 5 tpp , installation problem

I have mgs 5 tpp , rg steamgames repack , it installed fine , but after uninstalling it once , whenever i install it , the setup completes without errors but the installed folder is of 722mb only.
Re-downloading did'nt helped it.
