Yahoo mail not receiving reset link

Hi there, hope someone can help me with this one. I've been tryin to reset my Yahoo password using the txt message option as that's the only option available to me. I've tried dozens of times and although it says a txt was sent to my number, I'm just not getting any txt messages anyone got any ideas please?
