Disk drive problems

Hello,

I cannot remember when it exactly happened but, i remember downloading a file for one of my games then a day or two later i could not watch movies or install anything like games via disk. Thinking it would fix the problem i restored my computer but i still have the same problem. If you know a solution to fix the problem or know what is happening please reply.
