Stupefying differential result!

Hello, in the attached picture you can see that in cell E23 I inserted my budget and in cell E23 I inserted what I actually spent (the same amount) should therefore the result no be -0- ??? why am I getting a DOUBLING result???

My formulas in these examples are =F9-E9 and =F23-E23

You should be able to solve it from this:


2 + 2 = 4
2 - 2 = 0
(-2) + 2 = 0
(-2) - 2 = -4
